Well we have official "moved" to Katy, Texas...our current residence though is a suite here in Katy until Monday. We don't close on our new house here until Monday at 8:00am! Needless to say we are SO excited and are counting down the hours until we can move into our new home here. The kids don't understand why we go by and "visit" our new house, but we aren't staying there... I guess they'll understand when we spend our first night there.
Brian's mom is flying in to help me with the two kiddos on Sunday evening since Brian will be attend Second Baptists Staff Retreat in Galveston Monday (after closing) until Tuesday evening. So life should be a circus for me those 2 days. With my two kids running around, directing movers on where to unload stuff, to unpacking, and attempting to get our new house decorated or in some sort of "order". My, my, my, it really will be interesting!
It was so sad leaving Fort Smith. My Dad, Mom, & brother came down for one last 45 minute drive down from NW Arkansas to stay with us and go to dinner. Mom and Dad were both teary eyed when they left, I guess like leaving me a college for the first time my freshman year! It was so sad!!! :(
Well enough rambling... obviously I'm bored sitting in our suite watching the kids play in our "livingroom" but praise the Lord for the internet! :)
