It's that time...

You know that point of desperation of wanting your body to be back the way it was before you had kids?!?! Well, maybe you don't, but I have a major complex about my post-baby body & weight. But I have grown to become very comfortable with my last 20+lbs that I need to still loose... I would give anything for my body back when I cheered & was in gymnastics, but ya know how that goes!! :)
It's gotten to that point that drastic measures need to be taken ---which simply means I need to get off of my rear and go do something about it! So tonight after we got the kids in bed, I headed out for a run. Brian and I mapped out a mile route in our neighborhood to start with, so I ran/walked that! When I work out, I feel a million times better about myself! I really wish I would just wake up in the morning at 6:30am and head out for that same run tomorrow morning! I would love to be a morning runner, that would just be an even better start to my day just to have that time to myself!

You can do it girl!!! You look amazing either way! If I was in Houston, you would definitely have a running buddy. ;0)

Hi Jennifer! I hope you're doing well and I enjoy keeping up with you through your blog. We miss you at Grand but happy it looks like everything is going great for you. I totally relate to the weight thing. I need it to become a habit as well. Good Luck!
