Another Fall Favorite: Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Loaded Baked Potato Soup:
Quick! & Easy!!

Ingredients Needed:
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. dried chives
1 tsp. parsley
1 - 2lb. bag of "Southern Style" hashbrowns
2 cups milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4-5 strips of bacon, crumbled

**Bring the following ingredients to a boil in a stock pot:
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. dried chives
1 tsp. parsley

**Add hash browns and boil until tender.
** Add 2 cups milk & Velveeta cheese, cubed.
**When cheese is melted, add 4-5 strips of cooked bacon crumbled.
**Top with shredded cheddar & serve!

This is a quick & easy & delicious soup -- perfect in time for fall!!
I made it for our family tonight on this crisp, chilly fall evening before
we head out to a high school playoff football game!
